What is Endeavour?
Our Endeavour programme creates a supportive and positive learning environment which is intended to develop study skills, as well as raise attainment and self confidence. Our programmes will see you working towards a City & Guilds qualification in Employment Skills and successful students can progress throughout the year, from Entry Level through to Level 2. Through the course you'll develop valuable life, communication, study and employability skills.
If you decide to join Endeavour, you'll be getting support with your personal development and giving yourself the opportunity to gain skills to progress to future study and employment.
During the course, you'll have access to career support which will help find the most appropriate next step for you, whether that's further study or employment.
Who is Endeavour for?
Endeavour is suitable for many, including those who:
- have been out of education and wish to restart their learning journey at CWA.
- didn't quite get the GCSE results they expected
- find the thought of big classes daunting
- aren't enjoying their current course and want to try something else
When does the course start?
Endeavour has numerous short courses throughout the year.
What will my week look like?
The course is 16 hours per week and is delivered over 3 days. Each 'block' of learning is 7 weeks long but successful students will be able to progress throughout the year.
