Below is a guide to how to access the main college learning systems from home. LEARN
You can access all your online learning via LEARN
You will need to log in with your student number (shown on your student card) and your password. If you cannot remember your password you can reset it here
You can also download the LEARN app to your device. Please follow the link below.
Student portal
This will allow you to access and contribute to your personal development plan, see your targets and keep us up to date with changes to your contact details whilst you're studying from home. You can access it via the link at the top of this page or through LEARN.
Accessing college email
Once you are logged into LEARN, you can access your college email by clicking on the email link on the homepage and logging in with your college email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and your normal college password.
Office 365
On the LEARN homepage, click on the Office 365 icon.
This will then prompt you to log in with your college email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and your normal college password.
Office 365 is where you will find all the Microsoft applications, e.g. Word and Excel.
You will also be able to access your OneDrive (file storage) and Outlook (college email) here.
Online library (EBSCO)
On the LEARN homepage, click on the EBSCO Online Resources icon.
You can search for e-books, academic journals, videos and books available from our LRCs.

BKSB
Access BKSB to take your initial Maths and English Assessments and access resources.
On the LEARN homepage, click on the BKSB icon.
This will then prompt you to log in with your student number and your normal college password.
