Fee information
Our ESOL courses are split into three different units; reading, writing and speaking. For most students, each unit costs a reduced rate of £100, but depending on your circumstances you may be able to receive the course for free.
Your course will be free if you have lived in the UK for the last three years and:
- You live in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough or;
- You are employed with a sole income of less than £25,000 per year or;
- You are unemployed
If you haven't lived in the UK for the last three years, our admissions team will complete a fee assessment against specific criteria to determine if you are eligible for free or a reduced-rate courses. If you don't meet the criteria, each unit will cost £300.
Adult (19+) learners
Depending on your age, course, educational history and personal circumstances, there may be options available for you to receive a course fully-funded by the government. Our fee calculator will help give you an idea on whether you'll be able to have your course fee waived or covered by an Advanced Learner Loan.
