The trip to UEA will involve the students visiting various areas of the campus, firstly arriving at Nursing and Midwifery (Edith Cavell building). Students will be split into groups and have the opportunity to take part in activities and listen to lectures supported by staff and ambassadors. They will also have a tour of the campus to enable them to see University life entails and what the campus offers students. The trip involves them being collected by coach at CWA and driven to Norwich. They will have breaks and lunch and then be driven back to CWA at the end of the day. This links with the curriculum as many of our units (Unit 2/Unit 5/unit 7) we teach looks at professions many of our students wish to progress into after university, it also allows the to see the interactive resources they have and will use when dealing with service users.
