Thetford Forest Foraging Trip - Open to Courses 1053, 1572, 1105, 1206 and 1306

This trip is open to Students on - 1053 Prof Cook L2, 1306 Prof Cook L3, 1572 Culinary Skills L1, 1105 Culinary Skills L2 and 1206 Food & Beverage L2 only.

This is a trip to Thetford Forest.  You will have a guided tour of walks and areas of the forest by a member of the Foraging Association.  You will also be shown wild foods, taught how to identify common edilbles safey, and be given a meal made from ingredients foraged in advance.

The trip is spilt into 2 groups of 15 each.  Group 1 will leave the College at 8:30am and return at 12:00.  Group 2 will leave at 12:30 and return at 4:00pm
