Basic Light Vehicle Maintenance

This course is designed to help with the most basic automotive maintenance requirements. From opening and securing your vehicle bonnet to making sure your vehicle is safe to drive.

This course will start on Thursday 16th April 2026 and run every Thursday evening from 6.00pm-8.00pm for 6 weeks at our Kings Lynn campus. 

Prior knowledge is not essential but a keen interest in improving your knowledge of vehicle maintenance would be helpful throughout the course.

Areas that will be covered during the sessions will include:

• Health and safety practices
• Good housekeeping
• Tools, equipment and materials used within the activities
• Tasks carried out for basic routine maintenance for light vehicles
