Thisuri chose to study at the College of West Anglia because of the professional cookery courses on offer, she said, “I chose this course because I love to cook.”

A typical day at college for Thisuri involves practical work of cooking and theory-based learning of new skills, dishes and information about food. She finds the facilities and tutors at CWA  very good, with her favourite aspects of her course being the practical side of cooking and baking.

On completion of her course, Thisuri wants to progress to study the Level 3 Professional Cookery Course at CWA.
