Kayleigh chose to study professional cookery Level one to follow her dream of becoming a professional chef, inspired by her sister’s recommendation. Her day includes Maths and English in the morning, then hands-on cooking all afternoon.

With supportive tutors and encouraging feedback, she feels she has grown in confidence. Her goal is to move to London to open her own restaurant and become a head chef.
