Honey chose to study at CWA as she loved the Sports campus environment. She studied sports science as she originally wanted to become a physiotherapist and is interested in how the body works and adapts during sport.

She said, “I enjoy learning how the body functions. I’m very interested in nutrition and how I can use it to improve my own sport.

The tutors and facilities at CWA are amazing. After I complete this course, I would like to go to university to study primary education.”

Alongside her studies, Honey won a gold medal at the Eastern Regional Judo Championships, representing the College of West Anglia. Honey said, "Competing at a high level in judo is very demanding, but the support I have received from my tutors at CWA along the way has allowed me to stay dedicated to both my studies and training. Competing for club and the College has been an honour!"
