Ellie-Mae is taking her Business Administrator apprenticeship with Setra Wood Products in King’s Lynn, having successfully completed Level 2 Customer Service. She attends CWA one Thursday per month.
Her favourite aspect of the Customer Service apprenticeship was using some of her ‘off the job’ training to learn about someone else’s job role in the company. The Business Administrator apprenticeship will allow her to learn more about the different functions within Setra, particularly social media.
Ellie-Mae considers one of the main benefits of an apprenticeship is learning something new whilst being paid. She explained, “When I started, I used to get the bus and walk to work. I have been able to save for my driving test and have bought a house and a dog!”
