Chloe is taking her apprenticeship at the Briarfields Hotel in Titchwell. Her apprenticeship involves front of house, waitressing, serving customers and learning about other roles within the hotel.

The apprenticeship is giving Chloe more confidence each day, as she is talking to more people, using different words and phrases and learning from new friends.

Chloe said, “I chose an apprenticeship as I can earn and learn. Hospitality is something I can rely on in the future. When I finish, I may take the next level or choose a different course.”
