- Week 2 - Continuation of using a PESTLE analysis to understand the environment in which your business operates.
- Week 3 - Analysing your resources and capabilities in order to start to understand your organisational strengths and limitations.
- Week 4 - Completing a competitor analysis to understand your position within the marketplace.
- Week 5 - Completing a SWOT analysis, to bring all the elements covered into one place, to help you make better business decisions for the future.
